Fixings:
4 tostadas
½ c. broiled red pepper hummus
½ c. red pepper, diced
½ c. green onions, hacked
8 eggs beaten
½ c. skim milk
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. oregano
½ c. cucumber, cultivated and hacked
½ c. tomatoes, diced
¼ c. feta disintegrated
Directions:
In a huge non-stick skillet over medium hotness, add the red peppers and cook for 2-3 minutes until relaxed. Add the eggs, milk, garlic powder, oregano and green onions to the skillet, continually mixing until egg whites are presently not clear (around 2 minutes).Roasted-asparagus.
Top every tostada with hummus, eggs blend, cucumber, tomates and feta. Serve immediately.Enjoy it !!!Deep-fried-turkey-marinade.
