 7-Day Diet Weight Loss Cabbage Soup

Fixings
  • ½ head of cabbage, cleaved
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup white or yellow onion, diced
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 green chime pepper, diced
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 14 oz can basil, oregano, garlic diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper pieces
  • barely any shakes of dark pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt (discretionary)

Directions
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a huge pot over medium hotness.
Add celery, onions, chime peppers, and carrots.
Saute until somewhat delicate.
Pour in chicken stock.
Mix in tomatoes and cabbage.
Heat to the point of boiling and afterward diminish heat.
Cook until cabbage is delicate.
Mix in oregano, basil, red pepper chips, dark pepper and salt (if utilizing)
Taste stock and change preparing if necessary.
Serve and appreciate!
