Avocado Toasts with Charred Tomatoes, Garlic Shrimp and Fried Eggs

 Fixings:
  • 1 ready avocado
  • 1½ teaspoons new lemon juice
  • 3 mixed drink tomatoes, split
  • Legitimate salt
  • Newly ground pepper
  • 2 huge eggs

  • For the garlic shrimp:
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions
